The former switchman house, attached to a long time abandoned railway, consisted in two small separated volumes, being the bigger the house itself and the smaller a tiny warehouse. The renovation consists in the addition of two one-meter deep volumes, a front porch and a bathroom connected to the small volume, now turned into a spa. The result is a tiny house with a huge bathroom that consumes almost 40% of its surface.
